Overview of the program

The seminars are tailored to the particular needs of the host diocese or the students at the national level. Two to four seminars are offered annually at the national level.

1. Level 100:         For adult advisers and young adult leaders 18 years and older

   Seminar 101:   Ministry with Hispanic adolescents
   Seminar 102:   Pastoral counseling among jóvenes
   Seminar 103:   Sexuality and spirituality of the Latino/a joven
   Seminar 104:   Personal integration, vocation, and life project
   Seminar 105:   Christian spirituality and spiritualities
   Seminar 106:   Liturgical formation and the ministry with jóvenes
   Seminar 107:   Music for pastoral ministry with jóvenes

2. Level 200:      For professional ministers and young adults with intermediate pastoral-theological formation and leadership experience at institutional level

   Seminar 201:   Lay ministry and pastoral leadership at the institutional level
   Seminar 202:   Personal and cultural factors in collaborative leadership
   Seminar 203:   Empowerment and enablement of young Latino Catholics
   Seminar 204:   Developing and maintaining programs and financial resources
   Seminar 205:   Developing and maintaining human resources
   Seminar 206:   Structures and methods for pastoral accompaniments

3. Teaching practice [two courses / one year]
