Participants:    Diocesan and parish personnel responsible of ministry to young Hispanics; adult advisers for pastoral juvenil, and young adult leaders.

Overview of the Process
Several meetings with:

1. the bishop,
2. diocesan personnel and pastors,
3. Hispanic priests, pastoral ministers, and advisers;
4. young adult leaders:

•  Presentation: Hispanic young people and the Church’s pastoral response
•  Needs assessment on ministry with Hispanic youth and young adults at the diocesan and parish levels
•  Presentation of FE y VIDA’s leadership formation system
•  Dialogue about the possibility to engage Fe y Vida’s services  

Participants:    Jóvenes (single young adult Hispanics 16 and older)

Overview of the Process:
•  Our vocation as Christians and as prophets of hope among Hispanic young people
•  Spiritual aspirations and pastoral needs among Hispanic young people
•  Urgency of the need for leadership formation among Hispanic youth and young adults
•  Responding to our Christian vocation by building a communitarian, evangelizing, and missionary church

Note: It is recommended to offer this day in the weekend of the exploratory visit.

•  Participants:    Jóvenes (single young adult Hispanics 16 and older)

•  Overview of the Process:

First weekend: Preparation of the workshop and leadership training
•  Presentation of the Prophets of Hope Leadership Workshop
•  Planning and training for the different leadership roles
•  Organization and preparation of the different service teams

Second weekend: The Prophets of Hope Experience
•  We are people in community
•  Integrating small communities based on to the five dimensions of life
•  Life in light of our Christian vocation and mission
•  Preparing for an evangelizing action
